The airport code for the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport is DFW. The airport code for the Dallas Love Field Airport is DAL.
A flight comparison site such as Hipmunk is recommended to get an idea of the prices on several airlines (most sites don’t include Southwest Airlines). You can also set up a fare alert from Airfare Watchdog, which will let you know when there’s a good fare to Los Angeles.
DELTA AIRLINES
Discounts of up to 10 percent are available for groups of 15 or more traveling together. The discount depends on the type of flight being booked. On Delta.com, use code NMNXV.
UNITED AIRLINES
United Airlines offers a discount for groups of 10 or more. More information can be found here.

JetBlue offers its lowest available airfare for groups of 10 or more who book together. More information can be found here.

Southwest’s Group Travel Program offers fare discounts for groups of 10 or more. More information can be found here.
Ground Transportation
Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is located about 25 miles from the convention hotel. Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL) is located about 8 miles from the convention hotel. Prices below are subject to change.
- Shared Ride: SuperShuttle and Yellow Checker Shuttle will take you from DFW to the Hyatt Regency for $16 per person each way ($14 from DAL).
- Taxi: Fare between DFW and the Hyatt Regency is estimated to be about $55, depending on traffic.
- If you are alone or have a few students students, you might consider using one of the car ride-sharing services such as Lyft or Uber. You need to have the Lyft or Uber app on your phone. The price can vary depending on time of day, but you can expect to pay at least $30. By car, the ride from DFW to the hotel can take about 30 minutes. When using these services for pick-up, exit the terminal and proceed to the Passenger Pick-Up sign. These signs are marked with white and green lettering.
- DART Rail: Dallas Area Rapid Transit provides connections between DFW and DAL to Union Station, which is right next to the Hyatt Regency.
